Detailed Description |
|
Commentary and explanations of 36 Masoret in the Torah. Masoret are a combination of words or phrases found in the Torah which create a correlation and call for explanation. The phrases are handed from generation to generation and derived from Mount Sinai. Various authors have over the years offered ethical, halakhic, or homiletic explanations for the correlations. Successfully combining the diverse phrases is a skill that requires a well founded education in rabbinical literature. |
