Description		    In Yiddish, proclaiming the value and benefits of the Agudah and the Kenesiyyah ha-Gedolah ("Great Assembly"), "the highest (political) authority of the association," held in Vienna in 1929. The booklet expounds the aim to reestablish the authority of the prominent rabbis as the supreme institution of Jewry.

R. Moses Hayyim Law of Presov (1893-1943), Shatzer Rav, had a large Yeshiva in Presov that attracted many students. An erudite Talmudical scholar as well as an accomplished orator, he was much in demand and addressed many important assemblies. His voice was stilled by the murderous German Nazis.
