Polemic against public desecration of the Sabbath that occurred by two members of the Jewish Histadrut. It seems that on Friday, May 23, 1924, Dr. N. Halperin and Van Prisland arrived by car to Haifa at ten o’clock at night, and also traveled by car the next morning. Includes sections written by various well-known Rabbis, as well as excerpts from coverage in the local newspapers of the day, all lambasting the public desecration of the Sabbath.
Back cover reads in English “Mishmereth Shabbath Committee.”
