Polemical attack on the use of a "cruel instrument" the Gumco Clamp as a substitute for the blade in circumcisions. The pamphlet describes the excessive pain and suffering incurred by this useless instrument, which takes a minimum of 2 minutes to operate verses a blade by a skilled mohel in seconds. A simultaneous edition in Hebrew, Yiddish, and English was also issued.
