Description		    Novellae and responsa divided in four parts. There is an introduction from R. Jaffe, and then the text, in two columns, set in rabbinic type excepting headers and initial words.

R. Mordecai Michael ben Menahem Mendel Jaffe (d. 1868) was among the leading students of R. Akiva Eger (1761-1837) and served as Av Bet Din in שניידמיהל and, in his later years, as Rav of the klaus in Hamburg. He also wrote responsa on all four parts of the Shulhan Arukh.
