Description		    Safed in the Spring time with background of the Old Jewish Quarter, contemporary, by Helen Bar-Lev. Bar-Lev is known in Israel as one of the foremost watercolorists. Her paintings have been acquired by the Israel Museum, Jerusalem, Teddy Kollek, past Mayor of Jerusalem, and numerous private collectors throughout the world. She resides in Safed where she has a permanent exhibition in the Artists’ Colony.
