Description		    R. Joshua Baruch b. Nathan Feitel Reinitz (1823-1912) was born in Guessing, Hungary. He followed in his father's footsteps, a prominent rabbinical scholar, R. Joshua Baruch was ordained by the Maharam Schick, as well as his father in law, R. Asher Anshel Jungreiss the Minhat Asher. In 1862 he was the rabbi of Balkany and subsequently in Galszecs. Among his writings are Teshuvah Me-Ahavah (Uzhgorod 1865); Mikhtav ha-Rishon (Uzhgorod 1876); Mikhtav ha-Rishon ve-ha-Sheni (Brooklyn 1959). He passed on in Secovce, Hungary where he is interred.
