Description |

This is a parody, in Hebrew, of the 11th Zionist Congress that was held in Vienna, Austria in 1913. The author, Aaron Aryeh Loeb b. David Grossman, was born in Kishinev in 1874. He immigrated to the United States in 1903 and made aliya in 1926. He died in Tel Aviv in 1945.
