Description		    Addressed to the Cong. Bnai Shloima Zalman in Brooklyn, New York, thanking them for their financial assistance.

A descendant of the Chernobyl dynasty of zaddikim, R. Mesullem Zusia b. Isaac Twersky (1917-1988) was the son-in-law of R. Jacob M. Brandwein. He emigrated to Erez Israel in 1934 and studies at Merkaz Ha-Rav. He established a synagogue and passed on in Bnei Brak. R. Twersky was a highly respected scholar and attracted many followers who sought his advise and blessings.
