Description
Teaching Hebrew in a naturally. Pamphlet designed to impart the rules of Hebrew grammar through enjoyable tales, concluding with a translation into French of eight hundred basic words. All so that the Hebrew language can be learned fluently with ease with the aid of other educational texts and the Bible. There is an introduction form the author who states that his purpose is to teach Hebrew through Hebrew, to speak and review often enough so that the student becomes accustomed to the language. Next is a table of the Hebrew alphabet with vowels and then the text in a single column in square vocalized letters. The text begins simply moving into stories and subjects such as Moshe Rabbenu, Seder Zemanim, and four seasons of the year. On p. 25 begins grammatical rules and from p. 28 to the end of the volume is a linear dictionary of Hebrew-French dictionary in the order of Hebrew. Safah Berurah is bound with its original wrappers.
