Description |

A children's book of verse, illustrated with a selection of silhouettes by M. Gur Aryeh (1891-1951). The rhymes are by Meir Ferber. The words are credited to Miriam Wilensky-Stecklis(1900-1984) (also known as Yellin-Stecklis). The front and back covers are also illustrated with silhouettes similar to those in the book itself. M. Gur Aryeh also published other books with the same silhouette theme, including Ha Halutzim, Bereishit, Had Gadya and many others.
