In black and blue with period photos of Jerusalem buildings. Society Knesset Israel was founded in 1891 to build apartments for the poor. The certificate entitles the bearer to a 25 franc share in a lottery for a 100 year ownership of an apartment. The benefits in Hebrew, English, and German include a tablet inscribed with the donor's name. |
