1) that the third session of the assembly of the chosen (the name given to Zionist Parliament before there was a Knesset) does not have any legal value and its decisions should not be taken into account, and that the national committee that will be chosen by it – after every Haredi delegate (whose number is about half of the assembly in general) has left it, it does not have the authority to be called a Jewish delegate of Erez Israel.

2) The delegates from the parties and committees that did not participate and are not participating the assembly of the chosen, continue their work in the organization of the Jewish Kahal in Erez Israel in all the meanings, and to call to the assembly of the chosen of Jewish Erez Israel.
