An urgent appeal for funds in Judeo-German from the poor Galitzian brothers living in the Holy Land who "are camped under the flag of Viznitza". They come to " awaken the mercy for your poor brothers" who are filled with hope [for your help]. On behalf of the widows and orphans, the small children who are asking for bread…asking to take upon yourselves the Mitzva of "redeeming souls" …send as much as your are able…
