Description		    Novellae by R. Saul Moshe b. Isaac Eisig Silberman (1850-1939), rabbi and erudite scholar. R. Silberman was born in Szadek, a suburb of Lodz, and served in several prominent rabbinical position before going to Erez Israel in 1924. He is interred in Jerusalem. Two of his work were published Pardes Saul (Tel Aviv 1945) commentary to the Pentateuch and Responsa Rebbi Saul Moshe (Tel Aviv 1959). The latter carries an approbation of R. Abraham Mordecai Alter, Admor of Gur.
