| The first page is written in German, with Hebrew additions. It is announcing the opening of a new cemetery on December 23 (1923) and is calling for a public fast . It is signed by Josef Herzog (the head of the Hevra Kadisha).
The following two pages are written in Hebrew. The first of the two is a listing of the customs and prayers connected with opening a cemetery.
The last one seems to be the same as the German of the first page. It announces the opening of the new cemetery and requests that all those whose health permits to fast. It also requests an increase of good deeds, such as contributing to charity, "thereby may the Merciful One listen to entreaties and decree only good for us…"
