This volume is report # 43 (for the school year 1911/1912) of the religious school of Adass Jisroel in Berlin.[Adass Jisroel was an Orthodox synagogue founded by R. Azriel Hildesheimer] The report was put out by Dr. M.(Meier) Hildesheimer, Rabbi Dr. E. Munk, G, Lewy, D. Rosenblüth, Herm. Posen, Sanitätsrat Dr. J. Preuss and Bruno Galewski.

The last page and the back cover each have the same information. Ordnung der öffentlichen Prüfungen (order of the public examinations) with a time, subject, and examiner listed for Shabbat the 23rd of March ,1912, and Sunday, he 24th of March, 1912. The subjects include Pentateuch, Prophets, Chaye Adam, History, Avot, Psalms, etc.
