A work on the social and political condition of the Jews and the "Jewish Question". Carl Eduard Klopfer (b.1865) is also the author of Glücksspiel am Hofe: Roman (Berlin, 1896), Unser Kaiser; ein Gedenkbuch der fünfzigjährigen Regierung, zugleich ein Lebens- und Characterbild Kaiser Franz Josef I (Wien, 1898) and he was involved with a periodical called Wiener tägliche Theater- & Fremdenzeitung.
