This volume is a history of the persecutions of Rumanian Jewry and suggestions to remedy their situation.
Athough the title page lists "Doctor Junius" as the author of this book, it was written by Hermann Friedrich Wesendonck ( b. 1850). He is also the author of Die Begründung der neueren deutschen Geschichts-schreibung durch Gatterer und Schlözer, nebst Einleitung über Gang und Stand derselben vor diesen : Eine von der philosoph. Fakultät der Univ. Leipzig gekrönte Preisschrift (Leipzig, 1876)
