Description		    Letter to R. Moshe Blau dated 25th of Nissan 5691 (1931), on Bet Din stationary, signed and dated.

R. Jacob Hai b. Baruch Zrehen (1869-1953) was born and passed on in Tiberias. A erudite rabbinical scholar, he is the author of several scholarly works. All works carry the approbations of Erez Israel's most notable Separdic and Ashkenazi rabbis. He served as Chief Rabbi of the Sephardim in Tiberias for many years.
