Addressed to Dr. David de Sola Pool of the American Joint Distribution, requesting a 25 lire loan. R. Schorr suffered adverse poverty and many disappointments, in a lenghty period broadside he spills his heart.
R. Abraham Schorr (1899-1945), Judge in Jerusalem, erudite scholar, and author of several scholarly works was the brother-in-law of R. Meir Shapiro of Lublin.
