| This poster appeared as an addition to the 6th issue of a Torah monthly called Torah MiZion. It was put out by the Rabbinical Mesivta of the Unified Rabbis who immigrated to Erez Israel.
Near the top on the right side is the statement that it is a major legal ruling (takanah) that one should not purchase large tefillin, rather one should get medium size ones that limit the placement (on the head) to the correct place. There is also an illustration showing the correct placementof the tefillin on the head.
The poster encourages careful adherence to this mitzvah of tefillin, which special care to be paid to placement, knot size, etc. The authors of this poster offer to help those who so desire find appropriate Batim and Parshiyot (parts of tefillin) and so support the scribes in Erez Israel.
The final paragraph is written in Yiddish
