The title translates as " The Bible treasure: David's Psalms with excellent commentaries from the Midrash and the Talmud, together with poems, legends for the spirit and heart …" The book is arranged by the number of the psalm, with one to four pages dedicated to each psalm. This title was issued in two volumes. The present volume is volume 1 of that set. The cover has imprinted on it: Ein Famil. Buch [a book for the whole family].
J.H. Kohn is the author of numerous other books, many with the title beginning Bibelschatz (Bible treasure) on different books of the Bible, and another entitled Talmudschatz on treasures from the Talmud.
