Description
Pocket prayers for the ill, some other occasions, and enactments from the administration of the Kollel Shomrei ha-Homot of the Czechoslovakian, Austro-Hungarian and Rumanian communities in Jerusalem, Hebron, Safed, and Tiberius. The verso of the title has introductory material in German, followed by enactments of the geonim of Erez Israel and a note that every home should have a zedekah box from R. Meir ba’al ha-Nes. There are Takkanot Keren Kayyemt, prayers at candle lighting time, and prayers for the ill, this last comprising the better part of the work. Towards the end is a luah of events in Erez Israel, beginning with the Hebrew date 2023, when the patriarch Abraham left for the land of Cannan, continuing for three pages and concluding with 5677 (1917) when the English took possession of the holy land. At the end is a German title page and ten text pages in German.
