A general Hekhsher (kashruth approval) from the Rabbis of Odessa regarding the wine from Erez Israel from a company called "Carmel". The wine and cognac is imported by the Carmel company to Warsaw from Erez Israel, and the Rabbis of Odessa are certifying that the wine and cognac are kosher both for Passover and for the rest of the year.
The wine and cognac are available in Odessa at the warehouse of J. Korzski. The wine bottles are "sealed" and signed and in addition there is a paper wrapping containing another special signature, and the cognac has around it a netting of iron threads and on it is a special seal. And in addition to all this, a G-d fearing Jew named Kalman Shor …Therefore it is permissible to drink this wine and cognac on Passover and all year, even for the Mehadrin min HaMehadrin without any doubt at all.
