Description		    A listing of heads of households in the Meah Shearim neighborhood. The listing (88 names) seems to be the basis of voting - that by hidden ballot 23 names were to be selected from this list, and from that group 7 people would be selected to be the working committee, and that committee would be chosen for three years.

It would be the obligation of the committee to publish a righteous accounting of credits and debits during the three year period, and to maintain all the social regulations without change.

At the bottom of the poster is the seal (in purple ink) of the committee KARTUE Meo Sheorim (also in Hebrew) and R. Joseph Gershon Horowitz, Chief Rabbi of Meah Shearim.
