The poster states that Juda Krinker, the head clerk of the company called Tnuva which sells dairy products all over Israel, and requires trustworthiness for its Kashruth, attested in public in the courthouse (in his testimony against Jews that protested against this company for profaning the Sabbath) that he denies the G-d of Israel, and therefore he refused to swear in the name of G-d.
