Detailed
Description
   Letter on behalf of R. Hayyim Hezekiah b. Raphael Elijah Medini (1832–1904), author of the Sedei Hemed. Signed by:

R. Rahmim Joseph Franco (seal and signature) (1835-1901), born in Rhodes, came to Jerusalem in 1868. He served in the Bet Din of R. Jacob Elyashar, was appointed chief rabbi of Hebron in 1878 where he served until his passing. His erudite scholarship can be gleamed from the many works that survive him.

R. Mahlouf Hassan, Hebron rabbinical scholar and signatory to many documents.

R. Joseph

R. Soliman Menahem Manu (seal and signature) (1850-1924), born in Baghdad, came to Erez Israel at the age of five. He studied with R. Solomon Judah Eliazrov. and was the Hebron court scribe for many years. He succeeded R. Hayyim Hezekiah Medini as rabbi of Hebron in 1904. His responsa and novellae appear in many contemporary works.

R. Nisim Hayyim Cario (seal and signature), treasurer of the community, Hebron rabbinical scholar and signatory to many documents.

R. Isaac Rafael Zevi (seal and signature) (d. c. 1895), member of the Hebron Bet Din and shadar to Morocco in 1844 and 1858.

The Community of Hebron seal is impressed.
