The book of Job, metrically translated from the Hebrew and explained with short philological notes by Dr. Ludwig Friedrich Melsheimer, who is also the author of Die Sprüche Salomo's aus dem hebräischen übers., (Mannheim, 1821). The text is in German, with frequent use of Hebrew words and phrases. There are also occasional words in Greek.
