Description
   The title, which is printed in red, means "Good News".

This poster announces the receipt of a charter from Albany (the state capital of New York) to found [a school called] Hevra Yismach Moshe leZikaron Shemo HaGadol, with the assistance of R. Yekutiel Teitelbaum, the Lepesher Rebbe, a grandson of R. Moshe Teitelbaum, the author of a work entitled Yismach Moshe.

It includes an invitation to a constituent assembly on Saturday evening, the first of February, 1930 at 8 pm in the synagogue at 115 Lewis Street. Prominent Rabbis will attend.
