An anti-Semitic work by Carl (also spelled Karl) Paasch. Paasch is cited in the following quote: "Interestingly, Mosse refers to one Karl Paasch, who thought that the "simplest and most practical solution to the Jewish question" was to kill all of the Jews. But, Paasch "thought that it would probably be impossible to accomplish this in Germany and that therefore it might be best to intern the Jews and to ship them to New Guinea" [p. 138].
The second half of this volume has a section entitled "Ritual Murder of the Jews" and then proceeds to list chronologically cases labeled "Ritual Murder" dating from the year 1071 through 1840.
Paasch is also the author of Eine jüdisch-deutsche Gesandtschaft und ihre Helfer. Geheimes Judenthum, Nebenregierugen und jüdische Weltherrschaft (Leipzig, 1891).
