Description		    This is a Birth Certificate printed in Polish and in Hebrew from the city of Vilna.

There are a number of columns for information to be filled in. The information includes who was born and what name was given to him/ The name of the mother and father of the child and their status/ Where was the birth/ The month and day of the circumcision (according to the Jewish and secular calendars)/ The name of the mohel (the ritual circumciser), and the number of males and females.

The mohel was Benjamin Szyk. This child was male #520. The mother's name was Rochel bat Avraham. The father was Leib- Ber Goldin.
