   Letter addressed to the United state in which the Rabbi is seeking donors to finance the publication of his next work on homiletics. R. Judah Leibesch b. David Schiffman (1870-1950) was born in Tiberius, an erudite scholar and orator. He published: Derush (Jerusalem c. 1892) his wedding discourse; Imre Bina (Jerusalem 1931) homiletics with approbations of many important rabbis; Naeh Doresh (Jerusalem 1933) homiletics; Pre Ez Hayyim (Jerusalem 1935) homiletics; Zohar Torah (Jerusalem1938) commentary to the Pentateuch; Ohel Shem (Jerusalem 1946) commentary to the Pentateuch.
