Description		    A textbook for learning Hebrew language and grammar for Arabic speaking Jews. The text is partially vowelized. Some selections are shown opposite a column of Judeo-Arabic translation. The dedication page reads: "This book shall be an Everlasting Memorial before the L-rd, of the Committee of the Friends of Israel in Scotland; by whose agency this book was published."

Abraham Kestin was a correspondent for HaMagid.
