Description		    First edition of this work by R. Issachar Solomon ben Isaac Teichtel in order to strengthen Torah and faith, including several Anti-Zionist homilies. The title page describes the contents as discourses required by the times for many are the iniquities or our generation; there is a growth in heresy and removing the yoke of the Torah and mizvot, and thereby causing all the troubles that have befallen us. Due to the pity of the L-rd he has gathered these discourses. By reading them the reader will be strengthened in his faith and it will dispel apikoros. There are approbations from R. Meir Jehiel ha-Levi Halstock and R. Yoshea Booksbaum. There is an introduction followed by an aopolgia from R. Teichtel, and then the text, which are responsa from the author rather than discourses. Tov Yegal is divided into eighteen simanim.The second part of the volume, with a half title page and new pagiantion, is a discourse (responsa) entitled Siah Yizhak from R. Isaac Weiss, av bet din ווערבא.

R. Teichtel is known for Mishneh Sakhir (of which this is part two, and ve-Aim ha-Banim Semaha. He was the dayyan in פישטיאן in Slovakia.
