A volume by Heinrich Kurtzig (b.1865) documenting the history of a Jewish family in Kujawien, Poland. A foreword by Erdmann Graeser is included. Kurtzig is also the author of Dorfjuden, ernstes und heiteres von ostischen leuten (Berlin, 1928), and An der Grenze, kulturgeschichliche Erzählung (Leipzig, 1931).
