Description		    This volume is part of a series entitled Gesellschaft für deutsche philologie in Berlin. It is Festschrift.; no. 16. The title translates as: "The ethnical and linguistic arrangement of the Teutons" and it is a history of Germanic languages. The author, Dr. Richard Loewe (b.1863) is also the author of numerous other books on linguistics. These include: Germanische Sprachwissenschaft (Leipzig, 1905), Der freie Akzent des Indogermanischen: eine sprachwissenschaftliche Untersuchung (Berlin, 1929), Germanic philology (London, 1913) and others.
