Two homilies on religion in Palestine by Schalom Ben Chorin (Friedrich Rosenthal, 1913-1999). Ben Chorin was born in Munich, after several arrests by the Gestapo he fled Germany in 1935 to Palestine and settled in Jerusalem. He assumed the pen name of Schalom (peace) Ben Chorin (son of the liberty) in 1931. Much of his life was devoted to work for a better understanding of Jews and Christians. |
