This volume contains an accounting of funds for the "Committee for upholding B'nai Yisrael, workers of the land and craftsmen, in Syria and in the Holy Land". The report is for the three year period 1899, 1900 and 1901 and it is given in quarterly reports.
The volume begins with a listing of the members of the committee and continues its introduction with a description of the colonies and questions from the committee about the future. A section on agricultural workers and the matter of the wine follows , and that is followed by a section on the schools, etc.
The main thrust of the book is an actual listing of towns, and their contributions by quarter. This is followed by a listing of individuals and their contributions by quarter.
