Description
   An appeal by the Committee for the Preservation of Modesty that in every synagogue and study hall that is in the Holy Land of Israel the holy obligation that is upon every member of Israel (male or female) to be strengthened, to participate and influence others to keep and to preserve the Mitzvot…the great holiness of the people of Israel that were chosen from every other nation.

"And what caused us ...the sin of licentiousness …Oh what has become of us!"

"Remember that Jerusalem is the city from which the Holy Presence never moves...Be careful of licentiousness if you want to preserve the Holy Nation…Warn your wives and your daughters to dress in modest clothes because in the merit of modesty our ancestors were redeemed out of Egypt and in their merit we are destined to be redeemed."

Details follow as to ways to observe modesty. For example, married women should not go out without their heads covered…even little girls should not wear pants….do not go to theaters and movie houses that are full of licentiousness…
