Description		    On the building of the third Temple, its form, utensils, and a commentary on tractate Middot by R. Moses ben Pesah Katan. The title page states that it is a clear explanation of the Tabernacle and the third Temple as envisaged by the prophet Ezekiel and tractate Middot. It resolves all difficulties raised by earlier commentaries and explains the pertinent biblical verses and the halakhot that to this day sealed. It also discusses tractate Kinnim and other related issues. It includes an introduction entitled Reshit Hakhmah on the necessity and obligation in the written and oral Torah. The verso of the title page has a brief introduction from the author, followed by Reshit Hakhmah, set in a single column in square letters. The text of Beit Yisrael consists of Ma’aseh ha-Mishkan followed by ha-bayit ha-Rishon, ha-Bayit ha-Sheni, all in two columns in rabbinic letters. Next is Middot, the tractate text on the top of the page in square letters and below it in two columsn in rabbinic letters the commentary Beit Yisrael and that of R. Obadiah Bertinoro. After are the pertinent verses of Ezekiel with Beit Yisrael, then Kinnim with Beit Yisrael and the Bertinoro. There are sections on tractates Eruvin, and Masser Sheni, concluding with, on the last page, a diagram of the courtyard of the Mishkan.
          
Paragraph 2    והוא פירוש... על ענין המשכן (שמות כז, א-יט [עם הפנים]) ובנין הבית של שלמה (מלכים א, ו-ז [עם הפנים]) ושל יחזקאל (יחזקאל מ-מא [עם הפנים]) ומסכת מדות ([עם הפנים ועם פירוש] ר"ע [רבנו עובדיה] מברטנורה) ... גם פי' ברור על מסכת קנים ([עם הפנים ועם פירוש] ר"ע מברטנורה). ועוד איזה ענינים חמורים ומופלאים ([במסכת] עירובין [ובמסכת] מעשר שני)... עם ציורים מתבנית בית המקדש והעזרות... מעשי ידי ... אמן (ר' אליהו רומאנאוו)... עם הקדמה ראשית חכמה בדבר הכרח וחיוב האמונה באמיתת תורתינו... מאתי משה בלא"א פסח קטן.
