Detailed Description |
|
Rabbinic journal by R. Abraham Aaron Yudelewitz (1850-1930) of New York. He was born in Novogrudok and studies in Volozhin where he was ordained by R. Yom Tov Lippman of Bialystock. He emigrated to the US in 1904 and served for a time in Boston and Bayonne before New York. He served as president of the Jewish Ministers Association which was ostracised by the Aggudath Harabonim. His polemical activity caused many prominent rabbis to not attend his funeral in 1930. |
