Description		    The first two pages contain an appeal for funds, especially prior to Passover, from the Central-Comite Knesseth-Israel, written in German. On the second page the appeal is seconded, in Hebrew, by R. Samuel Salant who says that the situation is dire. ,p> Pages three and four contain a report which gives an accounting of funds expended for the years 5667-5668 (1907-1908). Expenses listed include money for food for Passover in Jerusalem, Hebron, Safed and Tiberias, as well as money to hospitals, etc.
