Letter in halakha by R. Dov Ber b. Meir Duschinsky (1838-1922) rabbi of Nameszto, Hungary. R. Duschinsky studied in the Yeshiva of the Ktav Sofer and was ordained there. A noted rabbinical scholar his responsa appears in many period works. His brother in law was R. Koppel Reich, rabbi of Budapest. |
