Description		    The front is printed in three languages – German, Yiddish and Hebrew, and is a letter asking for funds to support the Yeshiva Or Tora which is located in the synagogue of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes in Tiberius. The letter is signed by Dawid Siebenberg, Moses Kliers, Noach Weinberg and J. Mattes Sandberg and gives an address in Tiberias where contrinutions may be sent. An address for a representative (Moses Jedid Halwy) in Beirut for contributions is given as well.

The verso is almost entirely printed in German and is labeled Statuten der Jeschiwa Or Thora (by-laws of the Yeshiva Or Torah). 14 items are listed. For example, #4 states that the poor Talmide Chachomin (students ) of the Yeshiva get a monthly stipends to care for their wives and children.
