Description		    Polemical monograph opposing the newcomers, Va’ad ha-Kehillah, over the issue if shehitah. The title page describes it as a responsa from the Va’ad ha-Shehitah ha-Ashkenazit, Perushim, and Hassidim in Jerusalem over the breach in shehitah by the Va’ad ha-Kehillah. The text begins with a discussion of the Va’ad ha-Kehillah, noting ther is no question for the residents of Jerusalem, but there are many newcomers who are taken in by the word kehilla, assuming that there is a Va’ad Kehilla, selected by the Jerusalem community. However, the Va’ad ha-Kehillah was not chosen by the Jerusalem community, and all the rabbis of Jerusalem, including Rav Kook, prohibited joining with them. Later on the text warns the haredim that this group, referring to them as Masortit (Conservative), and stating that they wish to throw a bomb into the breach of shehitah. It warns that there is a war, a war for the existence of Haredi Judaism in Jerusalem, a war against the non-religious who wish to conquer. A breach in shehitah by the Va’ad ha-Kehillah which serves as a weapon , a battering ram, to breach the walls of Haredi Judaism, to force them to accept the dictatorship of the left, so that they no longer follow the council of the religious leadership. At the end in bold print is a list of warnings, do not buy the meat of the contraveners, not to support them, not to support those who would tear down the kashrut of meat, not to assist those would engage in dispute in Jerusalem, etc.
