Description		    Enactments of the Association for Hebrew song and literature in Warsaw. The takkanot are divided into six parts, with a total of thirty-four points, several comprised of numerous paragraphs. It begins with part one, a statement of purpose, which is the development and expansion, especially of Hebrew music in Warsaw and its surrounding areas. Also, to increase the knowledge of Hebrew literature. This is to be accomplished in several ways, including holding concerts and to support individuals in their musical endeavors, and to publicize related cultural activities. Among the other parts are the organization of the Association, the direction of the Association, meetings, and accounts. At the end of the takkanot is a depicition of a bird in flight. The original wrappers, present here, are printed on green paper.
