Description		    Only edition of these discourses and responsa on the subject of doubts (something unclear because the facts are not known with certainty or there is no clear halkhic decision in such a doubtful case), double doubts (a case with two independent doubtful aspects, so that even if one would rule strictly with one doubt here, with two such doubts one decides leniently), principles pertaining to possession and the rules of migo (legal principle that “since” one party could have mad a more advantageous claim we assume that he is telling the truth), and other subjects by R. Abraham Isaac ben Jacob Samuel Luntshits. On the verso of the title page are novellae from R. Jonah Luntshitz, followed by approbations from R. Naphtali Hirsch Katzellenbogen, R. Moses Tuvia, R. Zevi Hirsch ha-Levi Horowitz, and R. Asher Ginsberg, a list of the subscribers, a brief preface from R. Jonah Luntshitz, the author’s introduction, and a forward. The text is comprised of a discourse, responsa, and additional discourses. There is an introduction to the responsa and the discourses, each lengthy and detailed, are subdivided into subdivisions. A scholarly work demonstrating the author’s master of his subject and of rabbinic literature.
