A discussion of the trial of Jesus under Roman law by Dr. Friedrich Doerr (b. 1874) who is also the author of numerous other books. These include: Das fortgesetzte Delikt. Seine geltung und seine wirkungen in deutschen recht. (Stuttgart, 1908), Deutsches Strafrecht (Berlin, 1920), Strafprozessordnung nebst Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz und anderen ergänzenden Gesetzen (Munchen, 1925) and many others. His works all deal with different aspects of the judicial system, jurisprudence, criminal procedure, the philosophy of law, etc.
