Detailed Description |
|
A study of the customs and practices of the Jews of Poznan by Daniel Lewin. This pamphlet is an offprint from a festschrift for Dr. Jakob Freimann. That information is no longer legible on the cover of the present item. The text is in German, with frequent use of Hebrew words and phrases. There are extensive notes throughout.
The author also wrote Rabbi Jacob Simchah Rehfisch and the Jewish community of Kempen (Posen) (Montreal, 1962), and Aus der Geschichte der Juden in Kapstadt (Frankfurt am Main, 1929).
